New type of integrated solar wood drying kiln
An inexhaustible inexhaustible solar energy, and on the environment pollution-free, so the use of solar energy in wood drying on energy saving has important significance to protect the environment.But solar energy flow density is low, and are affected by the weather, solar wood drying is very difficult to run continuously, at the same time, application of collector collection efficiency is generally low.In order to improve the efficiency of solar energy utilization, better use of solar energy in wood drying, we study of new type of solar drying technology.This article first to introduce new solar wood drying kiln, equipped with the integral solar drying chamber heat pipe and paraffin thermal storage application the collection of automation control equipment on the intensity of solar radiation, temperature and humidity and fan automatic data collection and control.
Then experimental research method was applied to the performance of the new type of solar drying system and wood drying technology is systematically analyzed and studied.Fair day drying room temperature can reach 45℃ or so, about average temperature at 30℃, the highest temperature can reach 50 to 60℃;In sunny weather, paraffin regenerative make drying chamber average temperature at 30℃ or so in the night, higher than the environment temperature of 4-5℃;Heat pipe and integral collector heat utilization efficiency were 64%, 33% respectively;Drying chamber and energy saving efficiency is 70.9%.
At last, by experimental study on the method of the timber surface and internal temperature gradient, the drying rate, drying quality of research and analysis, develop and optimize the drying process.Timber surface and internal temperature gradient is cyclical change, in the morning dry indoor temperature, internal temperature is lower than the surface temperature;At the temperature of drying chamber is reduced, wood surface temperature is less than the internal temperature.In the heating stage, the internal temperature is higher than the surface temperature;In solar wood drying rate faster, compared to air dry, solar drying same batch cypress wood plank from the initial moisture content moisture content of 64.7% to 64.7% used time less than 11 days, atmospheric dry moisture content from the initial moisture content of 75% to 29.5 less than 7 days used air drying time.Cypress wood plank of solar drying moisture content and stress test, results show that the drying quality can reach the grade lumber drying quality standards, no visible drying defects.
